Tom Kuo
Architect - New York, 1985
MArch - Penn State, 1980
Born and raised in Taiwan, Tom has spent his early years in Taipei creating award winning residential designs - His most notable design is the Brother Hotel. He then took his experiences overseas to the United States and pursued to his master's degree in Architecture and became a licensed architect in the state of New York where he had concentrated his efforts in designing industrial complexes.
In 1990, Tom had moved on from his role of being a designer to become a Developer in California and since then have entitled and built over 200 units of tract homes and town-homes throughout Los Angeles County.
Jason Kuo

Upon graduating from UCLA, Jason has spent majority of his younger working professional career in business intelligence and program management for a startup in the Bay Area. In Bay Area, Jason had managed and integrated system process for electronic data interchange between multiple vendors like Whole Foods and Amazon.com; He also facilitated and scaled core business functions and practices that needed grow to perform competitively with the test of time.
In 2017, Jason had decided to take up the mantle of the family business and diversify the firm's portfolio by acquiring and building multiple income-generating apartment complexes throughout Los Angeles city.
